About the Role

The Assistant Campus Principal will work closely with the Campus Principal to ensure a positive, high-performing culture and the consistent delivery of OneSchool Global’s values, ethos, and strategic goals. This role includes oversight of Pathways and Senior Years, student behaviour and motivation, and professional growth of staff, whilst also contributing to the quality assurance of teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating NCEA and ensuring the successful academic and pastoral outcomes of students
• Line management of staff and facilitating professional growth
• Contributing to the Campus Improvement Plan and Self-Evaluation reports
• Supporting teaching staff with classroom observations and walkthroughs
• Promoting a positive and inclusive campus culture through visible leadership

About You

You are an experienced educational leader with a proven track record in middle leadership (e.g., Head of Department or Head of Year) and a commitment to excellence. You possess:

• Current registration with the Teachers Council of Aotearoa New Zealand
• Strong knowledge of NCEA and the New Zealand Curriculum
• Experience with modern learning environments and digital learning technologies
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
