• Meticulously review the daily activities of our front office and food & beverage operations, adhering to the highest standards of luxury and precision.
• Provide detailed and accurate financial and yield reports, reflecting our commitment to excellence and transparency.
• Oversee hotel operations during night hours, ensuring smooth management in the absence of department Heads of Department.
• Accurately record and address guest feedback, resolving any issues with promptness and grace, while upholding our commitment to impeccable service.
• Uphold the utmost standards of guest security and privacy throughout the night.

More about you

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar Night Auditor role within a 5-star hotel environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud is advantageous, reflecting your capability in sophisticated hotel management systems.
• A discerning eye for accuracy and a dedication to excellence in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrated understanding of hotel finance principles is highly valued.
• Embrace a flexible roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, exemplifying your dedication to delivering exceptional service at all times.
