Director of Enterprise Systems

About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Director, Enterprise Systems will lead, and manage the systems implementation, change management, systems training, release management, testing, and support of systems in support of the global Finance and HR functions.
Your role will lead a small cross functional team to provide functional support, contribute to continuous improvement of business processes, and manage external vendor relationships, while working within existing and new governance structures that may be required.
Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Provide functional support to operational stakeholders, managers and end users of Enterprise systems
- Review new version releases/upgrades of Enterprise systems and manage all aspects of implementation (including testing, training, local jurisdiction/country requirements, etc.)
- Build strategy and implement projects that enable TFE to best utilise its team, operational and financial data
- Develop short and long-term plans for Enterprise Systems to support TFE Hotels global growth
- Act as a conduit between the business Finance and HR functions and technical systems support teams (internal and external)

- Undertake active vendor management and relationship management with key external suppliers
- Support the governance framework and process around system changes and structured change control processes
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality management across critical and data sensitive systems.
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Accounting; HR; IT, etc.)
- Experience working with integrated finance and HR information systems
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Project Management (e.g. Prince 2) skills are desirable
- Change Management experience across cross functional projects
- Critical thinking mindset and methodical approach to planning and executing
- Developer and leaders of teams and prepared to be hands on and deliver key aspects of IT system operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, planning and organising skills
- Sound commercial acumen
