Secondary Teacher (Y9-13) (Tiamru)

Due to internal movement we are seeking a Secondary Teacher for our year 9 – 13 students. As a vital part of our teaching staff, you will influence the academic progress of our students in our state-of-the-art learning center. 

We encourage applications from teachers across all subject areas, although preference will be given to those specialist's from within the Mathematics, Science, Social Science or English curriculums.

Skills and Experience:

• Evidence of excellent skills in planning, assessment and record keeping
• Excellent subject knowledge in delivering the core subjects to pupils of all abilities
• Ability to use new technologies for teaching and administration
• Commitment to maintaining an effective and consistent learning programme.

You Will Need:

• Knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA requirements
• Current Eligibility to work in NZ
• Valid Teachers Registration
• Experience in a NZ based teaching role
