Regional Digital Learning Lead

OneSchool Global New Zealand is looking for a Regional Digital Learning Lead to help us embed innovative digital learning tools across our regions.

Our Learn to Learn framework leverages cutting-edge digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

About the Role:
The Regional Digital Learning Lead will work collaboratively with global and regional teams to integrate and fully embed digital learning tools, ensuring alignment with the OneSchool Global vision. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee the adoption of digital platforms, train educators, and drive innovation within our schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Innovation:

  • Project manage the regional implementation of digital learning tools.
  • Promote innovative teaching practices and best use of digital platforms within our Learning framework.
  • Research emerging technologies to enhance learning and contribute to global digital learning strategies.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Partner with campus leaders, principals, and IT teams to ensure effective use of technology.
  • Lead and support Digital Learning Coaches in developing onboarding and training plans.
  • Provide training for educators, governance teams, and community members on digital learning tools.

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure alignment with global resource approval processes for digital tools.
  • Analyse platform usage data to identify training needs and engagement priorities.
  • Maintain high standards for technology integration across all campuses in the region.

What You Bring:

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Classroom teaching experience with effective use of digital learning tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • School leadership experience preferred.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Formal teaching qualifications at degree level, with relevant postgraduate qualifications or experience in the education sector.
