Building Manager

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager on a 6-month maximum term contract to oversee 89 residential lots and 2 commercial buildings in Bondi Junction. You will ensure smooth site operations, deliver exemplary customer service, and build strong customer relationships.

As part of this exciting role, your key contributions will include:

• Inspecting Common Areas: Leading inspections to ensure safety and compliance are exemplary.
• Reporting: Crafting detailed reports and highlighting case developments to drive decision-making.
• Service Provider Management: Collaborating with and managing all service providers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Committee Participation: Actively participating in committee meetings, providing unique insights to shape the property's future.
• Advisory Role: Elevating your status from a Building Manager to a trusted advisor, offering valuable recommendations to optimise property management and improve procedures."
