About the role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Insurance Consultant to join our National Insurance Services team based in Southport, Gold Coast. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the Insurance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of our body corporate clients’ insurance claims.
Objectives
- Developing a strong understanding of the insurance claims workflow and managing your own claims portfolio.
- Controlling the claims process for your portfolio through to completion.
Creating and building relationships with Strata Managers, Committee Members and Insurance Brokers. - Using your administration experience to make the insurance claims process a seamless operation for all stakeholders.
About you
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the insurance or strata industry, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest!
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the box!
- You can collaborate with others with the “focus on solutions”.
- If you want to be the “glue” for our tribe and are a genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you!
