PICA Group, a unique network of industry specialists in strata and facilities management, developer advisory, debt recovery, and legal services, is looking for a Casual Receptionist and Strata Support Consultant. This hybrid role is essential to delivering top-notch strata management services to our clients. Be part of a team that knows how to work hard and have fun while being the best in the industry!

 

Objectives:

  • Hybrid Role: Balance front desk reception duties with stellar customer service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide informative, courteous, and professional service to all clients.
  • Communication Pro: Respond to inbound calls and emails from external clients, industry contacts, and internal branches with confidence.
  • Manage Expectations: Confidently handle customer expectations and demonstrate initiative and responsibility.
  • Problem Solver: Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software, and follow up on customer calls as needed.
  • Call and Email Handling: Take up to 120 emails daily as well incoming calls for the CBD office.

 

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring initiative, proactivity, and multitasking.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using contact management software like Genesys or similar, and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Customer-Centric: Recognise the value of your role in providing frontline support and always offer friendly, enthusiastic guidance.
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate strong listening skills and experience in problem-solving and guiding customers through resolutions over the phone.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure all customer records are accurate and timely and respond to requests for information promptly.
  • Team Player: Work well with other internal departments and present a can-do attitude in challenging situations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in real estate or other professional services is highly regarded.
