Primary Teacher Y7-8 (Gore)

Are you a dedicated Teacher with a passion for delivering differentiated learning? 

Due to exciting growth at our Gore campus we are currently looking for a Year 7 – 8 Teacher who has proven experience in leading students to educational success.

As a vital part of our teaching staff, you will influence the academic progress of our students in our state-of-the-art learning center. You will be comfortable with modern learning techniques and strongly interested in constant self-development.

Key responsibilities

Deliver Effective Curriculum and Foster a Modern Learning Culture

• Ensure consistent and competent delivery of the New Zealand curriculum.
• Implement the school’s vision, focusing on student achievement and engagement.
• Promote self-directed learning and share knowledge on modern teaching practices.

Experience 

• New Zealand registered teacher.
• Strong knowledge of effective learning teaching methods.
• Experience working collaboratively with other adults.
• Knowledge of modern learning environments and techniques.

Skills:

• Clear communication and effective listening.
• Ability to liaise with parents, staff, pupils, and the wider community.
• Strong planning, assessment, and record-keeping skills.

Competencies

• Enthusiasm, good humor, and a commitment to challenging work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work within a team
