Student Success Lead

OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic and creative Student Success Lead for our Stonewall Campus The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students and have experience working with students with diverse and high-level needs.

Responsibilities:

• provide one-to-one and in-class support to students
• assist teachers in modifying and adapting instructional materials and techniques to meet the needs of individual students
• collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students
• maintain accurate and up to date records of all student documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, behavioural plans and supporting data
• meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss student progress and develop strategies for continued growth and success
• provide coaching and professional development to teachers to enhance their ability to support students with diverse needs
• supporting students both virtually and in-person
• Additional courses that the successful candidate would lead are either Physical Education or French (depending on skillset)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Manitoba Teaching certificate
• Inclusive Education Teaching Certificate or Post Baccalaureate in Inclusive Education
• Designation in special education
• Strong understanding of the IEP process and documentation
• Experience in alternative curriculum development
• Experience teaching using virtual platforms
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, education and training.
