We’re on the hunt for a CRM & Marketing Automation Lead to join our dynamic marketing team for a maternity cover. If you're passionate about data-driven strategies, customer engagement, and the mountains, this could be the role for you!
Contract: Fixed-term commencing early 2025 to mid-September.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute our Customer Engagement strategy
- Support in the execution of our brand and marketing strategies across NZSki and some of the other Trojan Holding’s brands.
- Manage and optimise our customer engagement platform.
- Develop personalised campaigns across email, SMS, web and more.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover customer insights and inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across NZSki and the wider Trojan Group.
- Create and implement marketing automation workflows for efficiency and performance.
- Contribute to content strategies that resonate with our customers and promote our brands.
About You:
You’re a go-getter with a knack for innovation, data analysis, and creating engaging customer experiences.
You also bring:
- A degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- Proven success in customer and digital marketing, including CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of data mapping and system integration.
- Experience with email, SMS, and web push campaigns, including multivariate testing.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, GA4, and platforms such as Braze (a bonus).
- Knowledge of the ski or tourism industry (a plus), a skier or snowboarder (bigger plus).
