As a Duty Manager, you'll oversee the seamless operation of our Hotel, while embodying the luxury and refinement that defines The Eve. Your role will encompass:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office with poise, managing the team within the Rooms Division and seamlessly stepping into leadership roles as required in the absence of the Executive Assistant Manager.
  • Craft a bespoke and intuitive guest experience by anticipating needs with exceptional grace and delivering requests with unparalleled efficiency.
  • Meticulously record and address guest feedback with prompt and effective service recovery processes, preserving our unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and luxury service.
  • Collaborate with the Reservations and Guest Experience team to ensure strict adherence to hotel-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining the consistency and sophistication of our booking processes.
  • Partner harmoniously with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver rooms, products, and services that exemplify our brand standards and experience.
  • Ensure that all accounting practices and financial processes are executed with precision and in accordance with hotel-specific SOPs, contributing to the accurate and efficient management of financial operations.

More about you

  • Proven experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a minimum of 3 years within the Front Office or Rooms Division.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering a superior guest experience.
  • Strong Opera PMS experience
  • A polished and professional demeanour, with the ability to engage guests and colleagues with elegance and sophistication.
  • It is essential that you have the ability to be flexible, as shifts will vary over a 7-day rotating roster.
