Due to the pending retirement of one of our amazing team, we are looking for someone to lead our Customer Experiences team.
Are you driven to lead a team of highly motivated, engaged and positive people to deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens the resilience and wellbeing of the Rotorua community?
Can you identify opportunities and use ideas, data and industry knowledge to inform and deliver projects that improve processes and services to better meet the needs of our customers?

We are in search of a high performing and skilled Customer Experience Lead who will manage a team of customer facing staff providing quality, first point of contact, in house and community based library services. This is a full-time role and the successful candidate will be required to work one Saturday a month as per the Library roster.
