Are you a payroll expert looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a detail-oriented, highly organised, and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week)!

 

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, every time. Working with leading payroll systems (PayGlobal and DataPay) and applying your expertise in payroll legislation—especially the New Zealand Holidays Act—you’ll help deliver exceptional service. Your strong Word, Excel, and report-writing skills will also be key to driving efficiency and accuracy across our payroll processes.

 

But payroll is about more than just numbers! We need someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. You’ll be trusted with confidential information, so professionalism and integrity are a must. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
