About the job:

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Operator to actively survey and carry out investigations of Stormwater drainage networks on a scheduled and reactive basis.

 

You will do so using various tractors and push cameras, capturing these records into Wincan software. An understanding of stormwater plans is important as you will be required interpret these and add information if required.

 

In addition to CCTV Operations, you will assist with cleaning blockages and Traffic Management.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in CCTV activities and asset investigation
  • An understanding of the NZ Pipe Inspection Manual
  • Experience using surveying tools including tractor and push cameras
  • Sound knowledge of plant and equipment required for stormwater drainage activities
  • Traffic Controller Level 1 would be advantageous
  • A focus on quality assurance and health and safety
  • A full class 1 license is essential for this role!

 

All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
