What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Charge: Manage and inspire a vibrant team of 20+ maintenance pros.
- Tackling Daily Ops: From keeping buildings pristine to taking care of graffiti removal, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Driving Profit & Growth: Bring your strategic mindset to the table and secure new contracts that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Building Strong Relationships: Be the go-to person for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, creating long-lasting bonds.
- Safety First: Lead by example when it comes to health and safety, creating a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Managing Budgets: Keep things running efficiently, balancing costs and performance to maximize profitability.
What We’re Looking For:

- Facilities Experience: You will know how to keep things running, to budget and deliverables with your refined FM experience.
