As a vital member of our guest services team, you'll oversee the seamless operation of our Front Office throughout the night, upholding our elevated standards with impeccable precision and elegance. Your responsibilities will encompass auditing operational activities, managing night shifts, and maintaining our commitment to excellence in every guest interaction, while embodying the luxury and refinement that defines The EVE. Your role will encompass:
- Oversee and audit the daily activities of the Front Office and Food & Beverage departments, ensuring operations adhere to our standards and policies.
- Provide timely and accurate financial and yield reports, supporting strategic decisions and contributing to our success.
- Command the hotel’s operations during the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a graceful and assured presence, ensuring smooth and flawless execution in the absence of Heads of Departments.
- Meticulously record and address guest feedback in line with operational standards, resolving any issues with promptness and maintaining the utmost levels of guest security and privacy.
- Play an active role in achieving and surpassing the hotel’s targets and objectives, consistently upholding our brand standards.

- With a minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the hospitality industry, you will contribute to crafting memorable experiences for our guests.
- Display an influential and refined leadership style that inspires and elevates your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Driven by a passion for perfection, you continually seek to innovate and enhance processes, demonstrating a relentless commitment to excellence.
