Boilermaker

We are currently looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join our workshop in Clayton on a 5 x 2 (Monday – Friday) roster.    

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will support the wider Product Support Parts & Service team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all colleagues and ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money. 

A typical day in the workshop will include:

• Attend and contribute to Morning CATS Meeting (pre-start) daily
• Set up and carry out heavy fabrication and welding work
• Report stock levels of consumables to assist in planning for future works.
• Maintain machinery and equipment & record within William Adams systems.
• Complete all necessary paperwork & reports relating to works completed.
• Ensure all tooling is in good condition and fit to the task being performed. 

ABOUT YOU

You will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication &/or Mechanical Trade.
• High attention to detail
• Highly developed communication skills
• Commitment to delivering superior customer service
• Good communicator with a great attitude
• High focus on safety
