About the Role:
In this key role, you will support our Organisational Enablement (OE) team to deliver a variety of leadership and employee engagement programs that align with Uniting’s values. Reporting to the OE Lead, you’ll provide critical logistical, administrative, and communication support to programs such as our Leadership Forums, employee engagement surveys, and the “With Heart Awards” (our recognition program).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management for the Leaders 360 Feedback program (using the Qualtrics system), including managing workflows and liaising with leadership coaches and program participants.
- Develop and implement communication plans and manage content on SharePoint for key People and Culture initiatives.
- Support the development of a skills mapping framework and contribute to transforming our capability framework into a modern assessment tool.
- Process invoices and monitor the OE budget, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What You’ll Bring:
- High attention to detail and an ability to work at pace while multitasking.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and mail merge.
- Experience using systems such as Qualtrics, Culture Amp, and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building great relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- A can-do attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Extra skills we would value:
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, business administration, or human resources.
- Experience working with data and the ability to suggest ways of improving processes through technology.
