Role Purpose
The Technical Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders across Uniting to understand business objectives and gather, document and communicate technical requirements. As the Technical Business Analyst, you will work to bridge the gap between business objectives and end-user need.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- To gather detailed technical requirements for replacement of the current BI detailed reports to minimise manual work and spreadsheets.
- To gather detailed requirements to build KPI Dashboard, create prototype Reports and review with stakeholders.
- Process mapping to identify roles and responsibilities as well as data sources (data mapping).
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
- Work with D&A team to ensure solutions meet user needs and business requirements.
- Document and communicate project requirements, scope, and status to stakeholders.
- Deliver training, documentation and support to the stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet user needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, and user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting user research and creating user-centred design artifacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
