As Head Concierge, you will embody the elegance and warmth of our hotel and will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in crafting memorable experiences from the very moment they arrive. In your role, you will

• Oversee the daily operations of the arrival area, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and warm welcome for all guests. Your commitment to exceptional service ensures every guest’s first impression is flawless.
• Empower your team to manage their functions with passion, professionalism, and dedication to service excellence.
• Ensure the car park and lobby are always manned and that your team is fully equipped with expert knowledge of local attractions, transport, dining options, and experiences.
• Be the maestro of anticipation – proactively engaging with guests to uncover their needs before they even ask. Create experiences that exceed expectations at every turn.
• Implement and monitor procedures to ensure the safe handling of guest cars and luggage, with all team members trained to maintain these standards at all times.

More about you

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end venue, with a strong background in exceptional guest service.
• High level of confidence in introducing experiences and engaging with guests, coupled with impeccable presentation and grooming.
• An inspirational leader with a talent for seamless operations and service delivery, along with well-developed administrative skills.
• Hold a current and valid open Australian driver’s license, capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles
• Hold a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card and must have full-working rights in Australia.
