As a Logistics Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of our hotel’s operations, managing every financial and logistical detail with unparalleled sophistication and precision. In your role, you will
- Process invoices and purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our high standards.
- Diligently follow up on accounts receivable, maintaining the financial integrity of the hotel and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Handle account inquiries with poise and professionalism, providing clear and concise communication to resolve any issues.
- Oversee the daily banking operations of the hotel, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Perform payroll data entry with impeccable accuracy, reflecting our commitment to meticulous financial management.
More about you
- Possess a robust understanding of accounting principles, with a keen eye for numbers and financial detail.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Bring valuable experience from previous roles in accounts, front office, or night audit within a similar hotel structure.
