The Role

As a Mill Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times
• Operating plant and machinery as required
• Operating a forklift
• Performing general process work to meet daily production and quality goals
• Adhering to all work instructions, policies, and procedures
• Ensuring general cleanliness of the workplace

You will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime, when required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• A current Driver's Licence
• A current Forklift Licence (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Physical fitness to perform manual and repetitive tasks
• Reliability and motivation to contribute to team success
