The Role
As a Mill Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times
- Operating plant and machinery as required
- Operating a forklift
- Performing general process work to meet daily production and quality goals
- Adhering to all work instructions, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring general cleanliness of the workplace
You will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
- A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime, when required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- A current Driver's Licence
- A current Forklift Licence (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Physical fitness to perform manual and repetitive tasks
- Reliability and motivation to contribute to team success
