Inventory Controller

We are looking for an inventory controller to join our team in Clifton. This role plays a key role in ensuring all inventories are accurate and robust within ERP live systems on site including daily and monthly stock reconciliations and all inward goods are correctly maintained, booked and entered for the site. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with relevant OHS/WHS legislation
- Actively participates in planned site meetings.
- Compliance with relevant HACCP requirements, ensuring activities comply with the program and assisting manage the maintenance of HACCP accreditation.
- Ensure that the daily Administration processing procedures are followed
- Completes all established ERP system Inventory reports to ensure inventory data-integrity and Operation Excellence is maintained.
- Complete all inbound receival checking and verification per established procedures and guidelines.
- Completes all established Production reporting checking and corrective actions that maintain Operation Excellence.
- Complete all Daily bagging checking and manual entry within ERP system
- Take the lead and participate in monthly stocktakes
- Maintain monthly budget with all office related expenses
- CHEP control; ensuring all staff are trained and aware of processes to minimise risks with hire equipment losses.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate to all levels of management.
- High attention to detail.
- A good understanding of the business and site processes.
- Good knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
- Able to work in Office and Microsoft AX programs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in administration or accounting desirable
