Status: Full-time, Nominal Term of 24 months

Salary: Trainee - $68,832.27per annum + 11.5% superannuation

Purpose:

To be eligible for this traineeship you must be willing and committed to participating and completing a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management. You do not need to be currently enrolled in the course. This process will be facilitated with the assistance of Council, should you be the successful candidate. 

 

About the role: 

  • Assist in HR functions and activities including Recruitment, Engagement, Culture, Employee Relations and Organisational Development.
  • ​Provide administrative support and general assistance across the employee lifecycle to the HR team.
  • Support the delivery of workforce events to enhance the employee experience.

 

About you:

  • Committed to undertaking and completing a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders​.
