Do you have a passion to work as a member of an experienced childcare team and provide a high-quality childcare service for up to 39 children daily from 0-5 years of age? With an emphasis on educational programs and to support and act in the Team Leader/s role?
We are seeking committed Early Childhood Educators (Diploma qualified) with effective communication skills who will advocate and implement an anti-bias approach in all interactions with families, children, staff and community visitors. The Early Childhood Educator will be an integral part of an open, supportive team environment to implement a challenging program for children and assure parents that the Centre is providing a high-quality service.

Moverly Children’s Centre is nestled on the fringe of The Randwick Environmental Park, inhabited with native flora and fauna and with an exclusive outdoor space of our own it presents as an extension of our curriculum.

Things you will do:
- Prepare and implement age-appropriate experiences for children according to the educational program and observed/emerging interests
- Provide families with a high level of customer service and high-quality care.
- Plan, implement, document and evaluate reflective and educational programs for children, aged 0-5 years, to ensure individual interests, needs and strengths are met
- Ensure the safety of our children, providing them with a secure, caring and developmental environment
- Report all accidents, incidents and hazards to team leader/immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
If you have excellent communication, documentation skills and have the ability to be a functional and supportive member of a team we would like to hear from you.
Additional skills include the ability to create a warm, encouraging learning environment for all children and understanding of industry health and safety issues and the Education & Children’s Services Regulations.
