We are seeking an experienced Building Manager for a multi-building community association consisting of 774 lots based in Liberty Grove. Ideally, you will have community association experience and can ensure smooth operations of all community areas, manage the delivery of small to large scale projects, deliver exemplary customer service, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Contributions:

• Inspecting Common Areas: Lead inspections to ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance are exemplary.
• Reporting: Craft detailed reports and highlight case developments to drive decision-making.
• Service Provider Management: Collaborate with and manage all service providers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Committee Participation: Actively participate in committee meetings, providing unique insights to shape the property's future.
• Advisory Role: Elevate your status from Building Manager to a trusted advisor, offering valuable recommendations to optimise property management and improve procedures.

Are You:

• Experienced: A residential Building Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, ideally with community association experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle the unexpected.
• Self-Starter: Someone who thrives on autonomy and takes the initiative.
• Relationship Builder: Capable of creating meaningful connections with everyone you meet.
• Professional: Combining friendliness with eloquence and polished presentation.
