About the role:

We’re on the hunt for a process driven Quality Assurance Special to join our growing Strata Excellence team. This full-time permanent position can be based in Brisbane or any of our branch locations around Australia.

 

Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for conducting audits, analysing processes and implementing improvements to enhance our operational efficiency, compliance and quality assurance. You will work closely with various departments across the business, monitoring and evaluating the quality of services to improve our operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients. If you're ready to make a difference and join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform Regular Audits: Conduct internal audits and assessments of PICA’s processes and services to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Use data and metrics to analyse performance and quality outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate for Improvement: Work closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of relevant industry regulations and standards while providing guidance and support to departments in understanding and adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Collect and Analyse Feedback: Gather and analyse client feedback, performance data, and other relevant information to identify trends and areas for business improvement.

 

About You:

  • Expert Knowledge: You have in-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: You have proven experience in conducting quality audits, assessments, and evaluations within an organisation.
  • Track Record: You have a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Analytical Skills: You are experienced in analysing data to identify quality issues and trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Previous Experience: Your background includes substantial experience in the field, showcasing your ability to drive quality and compliance initiatives effectively.
  • working in a cross-functional team environment to drive quality initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail in identifying any discrepancies or non-compliance issues in processes.
