Trainee Strata Manager

PICA Group are now looking for a customer service focused Trainee Strata Manager to join our All Strata Services team based in a convenient location in Tuggerah’s Business park. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include the following:

  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Always delivering high quality of customer service in any situation.
  • Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future.
  • Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.
  • Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

  • You are well organised, able to juggle competing priorities
  • You can understand the basics – Microsoft Office and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
