About the role
We’re on the hunt for a technically minded Training and Systems Support Analyst to join our dynamic Group Technology team. This full-time permanent position can be based in Southport Queensland or Sydney New South Wales. A newly created position, giving you the opportunity to truly make it your own.
Reporting to the General Manager of Business Solutions and Projects, you will be responsible for analysing and understanding existing and new systems to design and developing training materials to support users and contribute to the continued improvement of proprietary and third-party specialised software platforms.
You will assist internal and external customers with system use, troubleshooting and root cause diagnoses, followed by process improvement suggestions and implementation. What you’ll be doing:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for various technology systems within the organisation.
- Assist users with system-related issues, offering troubleshooting and root cause diagnoses to resolve problems promptly.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals, to support end-users in navigating and optimising technology systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on user feedback and system performance, and work with relevant teams to implement these enhancements.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their training and support needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique requirements of different teams.
About you:
- You have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- You have a strong understanding of business application software, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
- You have training and development experience, ideally in a technical or IT-related environment. Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials, such as user manuals, e-learning modules, and instructional videos. You have the skill of technical writing to create clear and concise user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals.
