About the role

As a Team Leader, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for guiding your team to ensure the efficient management of strata properties, resolving complex issues, focusing on our customers, and developing the team. This role is ideal for a leader with a passion for property services and the ability to inspire and support a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.


Role Objectives:

  • Lead and manage a team of strata managers to ensure high performance, client satisfaction, and compliance with PICA’s and the industry's standards.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to foster growth and development.
  • Oversee the management of strata schemes, ensuring that all clients receive excellent customer service.
  • Maintain an individual portfolio of buildings adjusted to sufficiently allow for Team Leader responsibilities. Provide backup Meeting support for staff as required, including coordination and control of holiday leave and portfolio management
  • Resolve escalated issues and complex client matters with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor team performance, manage workloads, and work with branch management to communicate clear goals.

 

Experience & Education:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within strata or a similar professional services industry.
  • Experience managing teams and achieving results in a client-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of strata management (or ability to learn).
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A passion for fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
