The opportunity:
As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities within Melbourne South East Region. You will support the General Manager of the assigned home, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.

- Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community
- Short term & long term assignments
- Promote continuous clinical improvement
- Leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
- Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
- Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families
- Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired
- Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements
- RN AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI)
- The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement
