The opportunity:

As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities from Coffs Harbour to Springwood. You will support the General Manager of the assigned home, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.

  • Full time role
  • Monday - Friday
  • Work across a number our Care Communities across Northern NSW to South Brisbane
  • Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community
  • Short term & long term assignments
  • Promote continuous clinical improvement 
  • Leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
  • Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
  • Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families
  • Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired
  • Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements
  • RN AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI)
  • The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement
