The Opportunity: Regional Support Manager

As a Regional Support Manager at Opal, you'll step into a dynamic role supporting our care communities in the Victoria North West and North East region. We're seeking an experienced aged care leader who thrives on variety and aspires to advance their regional leadership career.

• An exceptional Aged Care leader with AHPRA Registration
• Fully flexible to travel to meet organizational demands
• A self-motivated leader, proficient in handling a wide and varied role

• A visible leader who enjoys interacting with peers, teams, residents, and their families
