Customer Support Manager - Templestowe Grove Care Community
Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function. Full time Monday to Friday role, located in Templestowe.

Role requirements and responsibilities:
- Based on-site at Templestowe Grove Care Community
- A strong background in customer service and sales is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to connect with families and residents, understanding their unique needs in aged care and tailoring your approach accordingly
- Strong internal and external networking skills to foster effective relationships
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in articulating the aged care pathway and clearly conveying the reasons to choose Templestowe Grove
- Intermediate understanding of systems and software is highly desirable
- Proven experience in strategy implementation and delivery, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
