The opportunity:

As we continue to grow, Opal Healthcare is seeking exceptional leaders to join our team as Senior Area Managers in Victoria, NSW and QLD. Reporting to the Regional Operations Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 10- 12 Care Communities.

The ideal candidates for this opportunity will be either an aged care leader ready for the next step in their career, or a seasoned leader keen to join a high growth sector. They key to success in this role will be a balance of both a proactive, driven attitude and a resident centric, values driven approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven operational leadership experience across multiple sites varying in size, format and geographical location.
  • The ability to coach, provide strategic direction to a group of operational leaders to ensure successful delivery of key performance metrics.
  • A strong ability to foster a culture where team members are engaged and inspired to be the best they can be.
  • The ability to champion the Opal Way to ensure positive outcomes for our residents and their families.
  • A keen eye for enhancing operational efficiencies by implementing streamlined processes that ensure consistency in quality care delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt quickly and positively in an ever changing, highly regulated sector.
