Customer Service Officer

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Based in the Sydney CBD.

About the role:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Based in the Sydney CBD.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• 1 years’ minimum experience in a similar Customer Service role
• Outstanding Customer Service & Communication skills
• The ability to deliver high volume processes and queries in a timely manner
• An outgoing, vibrant can-do attitude with the ability to work well on a close team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated adaptability to ongoing growth and change
• Ability to work effectively with residents, team members and other support functions to achieve customer service outcomes
• Attention to detail and quality focus and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proven skills in the operation of accounting and accounts receivable software and analytical skills including Excel
• Proven experience in assisting in the implementation of process improvement and efficiency opportunities
