Property Development- Senior Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to lead and deliver complex property development projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to lead and deliver complex property development projects. This role requires a dynamic professional with extensive expertise in managing large-scale developments and driving projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, planning, and delivery of greenfield and brownfield development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Oversee design management, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals, negotiate contracts, and resolve challenges.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in aged care, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects within strict time and budget constraints.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts, compliance requirements, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a results-driven approach.
