About the Campus
Surrounded by Australia’s native bushland and wildlife, Dalwallinu campus is set in a sheep and wheat farming region known as the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. The campus commenced in 2005, with 33 students from years 8 to 12, and by 2008 expanded to include students from years 3 through to 12.
About the Role
Our welcoming Dalwallinu Campus is seeking a part time 0.6 fte, permanent, Campus Student Support Officer to commence in January 2025. We seek a passionate and driven individual with strong capability in supporting students from Years 3-12 with Literacy and Numeracy as well as working with children with additional learning needs.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will ideally have a Certificate IV in Education Support (with previous experience desirable), or Certificate III in Education Support with recent relevant experience. You will be skilled in working one-on-one with a student with a disability to enable full participation in classroom and education activities, liaising efficiently with classroom teachers and campus learning support teachers, and maintaining accurate learning records. A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required for this role.
