The Role
We are seeking a talented Analyst to join our team on a 6 month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will develop, transpose and integrate survey and customer feedback assets using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Voice platform. You will work closely with our technical partners to design survey assets that align with Keyton’s visual aesthetic and ensure seamless data integration and ongoing automation.
- Build and integrate surveys and feedback tools into our new Microsoft Dynamics Customer Voice platform.
- Establish data connections to source systems and a data warehouse to assist with reporting and survey issuing
- Push/Distribute surveys to selected recipients
- Design and optimise survey experiences for users.
- Design the data consolidation for ease of analysing and reporting.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure feedback assets meet requirements.
- Share knowledge and support the upskilling of other analysts
Your Background
- Demonstrated experience with business integration of enterprise feedback management applications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Voice OR similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Office suite – desirable
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong time management with a continuous improvement mindset
