The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic Assistant Village Manager to join our dynamic team at Rochford Place, a contemporary retirement village with a nourishing social scene and tranquil surrounds, based in Western Sydney.

The successful candidate will be focused on supporting operational functions of the village and managing day-to-day activities and competing priorities, ensuring the village is properly maintained for the enjoyment of the residents.

 

Who You Are
Your proactive and customer-focused attitude will see you succeed in the role, as well as an ability to work autonomously to deliver professional outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key to your success in this role, as will:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations for the residents and their families
  • Eagerness to be hands-on in a customer facing role
  • Excellent computer literacy – including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate, or be willing to complete
  • Willingness to learn and professionally develop, along with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Ideal for those from a Customer Service, Property or Hospitality management background
