Your Day on A Page
Based at our Sydney office, the Regional Resident Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, strategic direction, and operational support to a team of resident health and wellbeing coordinators across NSW and QLD.
The successful candidate will oversee the ongoing implementation of the internal resident wellbeing program and play an integral role in the monitoring and evaluation of the program deliverables.

- Working collaboratively with the village operational teams to ensure optimal delivery of the resident wellbeing program
- Supporting the wider SSW (safety, sustainability, wellbeing) business function with any key initiatives as required
- Assist the recruitment and onboarding of team members

- Provide leadership, support and guidance to wellbeing coordinators with program planning and service delivery that includes ensuring wellbeing village events/initiatives are being implemented in an efficient manner
- Ensuring service delivery is meeting program related KPI’s

Lead with Heart:
- Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
Who You Are
- A degree qualification in an Allied Health profession
- Relevant industry experience in the Aged Care/Health sector and/or working with seniors
- Relevant clinical experience with health promotion, service planning, and service delivery with preventative health/wellbeing programs or initiatives
- A current Australian Driving Licence
- Leadership experience – managing a team and developing others
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional budget management skills
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Current First Aid certificate (desirable)
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (desirable)
