An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Maintenance Officer to join our team at Brentwood Village.
Set on almost 60 acres of coastal hinterland, Brentwood Village is a peaceful sanctuary with picturesque beachside towns just minutes away. This beautiful village strikes the perfect balance between relaxing retreat and thriving locale, that offers resort style amenities and a relaxing and supportive atmosphere for our residents and visitors.
As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.
You will support our close-knit team on a fulltime basis, from Monday to Friday. No weekend work!

About You
The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or handyperson or experience in a similar role, as well as:
- Be organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job
- Currently hold an Australian Drivers Licence
- A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- Computer literate e.g. basic knowledge with using Excel, Word, Outlook, Apps
- The ability to take initiative and be pro-active
- The ability to work individually and in a team
Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate on-site.
