The Role
Woodstock West at Bunbury is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. The role will require you to work 25 hours per week, 8AM – 1PM, Monday to Friday.
Your role will involve providing first-class client facing experience to our residents and visitors. Your bubbly and outgoing personality coupled with a proactive and modern approach to Village Administration tasks will provide invaluable support to both the Village Manager and to the successful delivery of village services to the residents.

Connect as One Team
- Act as a liaison with contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Interacting with residents and providing support on various village projects
Realise Opportunities
- Identify and address the needs of residents and visitors promptly, providing solutions and support.
- Taking charge of the maintenance coordination to ensure continuous upkeep of the village
Make Room for Kindness
- Deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to creating a sense of place in the village
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS standards
Find the Fun
- Maintain a cheerful and positive demeanour, contributing to a lively and enjoyable environment
- Actively participating in planning and executing events and village wellbeing programs
Who You Are
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Exceptional front of house and reception experience
- Demonstrated administration experience
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in processing billing and invoicing is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health & Safety would be desirable
- A professional, proactive, can-do attitude
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
