Your Day on A Page
Located in our head office based in Melbourne, this position collaborates with Keyton’s regional leadership and wider marketing team. You will be responsible for leading the execution of key brand campaigns and initiatives for existing retirement villages within your VIC portfolio, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, campaign and event management, communications, and content creation.
The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team where your strong interpersonal and communication skills will support and elevate marketing activity with multiple stakeholders.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Assist with project management and lead the delivery of marketing projects including briefing, creative execution, campaign implementation, event management and stakeholder liaison.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop and manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
- Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer experience
- Play a pivotal role in place activation and customer experience whilst liaising with sales teams to optimise their sales and enquiry through these marketing activities.
- Work with the regional marketing team to align stakeholders to marketing delivery and gain endorsement on key initiatives and campaigns.
- Extract and analyse data to help inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimise regional marketing efforts.
- Assist in the administration of supplier agreements and invoices.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and lead the compilation of reports and plans on behalf of the region.
Please note: The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to sites across their VIC portfolio.
About you:
Your passion for bringing marketing strategies to life will see you succeed in this role, as will:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a hands-on marketing role, with a strong focus on data analysis, communications, and content creation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously
- Excellent account and project management skills coupled with a collaborative and positive approach
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- The ability to draw on market and customer insights to develop successful marketing plans and campaigns
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deadlines and schedules
- Having great attention to detail and time management skills
