About the Role  

Ingenia is looking for a Digital Experience Lead.  This role will be responsible for managing the online journey for our customers by driving the strategy, design, and execution of digital experiences across Ingenia’s digital platforms with a focus on the website and its performance. The Digital Experience Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and IT, to create cohesive digital solutions that align with Ingenia’s strategic goals. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute the digital experience strategy to support customer engagement, brand objectives, and revenue growth 
  • Lead the design and optimisation of user-centric digital experiences across all platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces 
  • Ability to deliver automation integration and stay on top of AI advancements. 
  • Drive usability testing, customer feedback sessions, and iterative design improvements based on qualitative and quantitative insights 
  • Leverage A/B testing, customer feedback, and behavioural data to enhance digital experiences and improve conversion rates 
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within digital channels, promoting a culture of continuous enhancement 
  • Ensure end to end customer journey is considered and best practise is adopted across the portfolio – including a focus on consistency and standardisation. 
  • Coordinate and provide regular reporting (analytics, optimisation, campaign performance) along with  
  • Report on and adhere to digital budgets  

About You 

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, UX/UI design, website design/development or similar 
  • Experience in user research, user-centred design methodologies, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing 
  • Coding experience in Wordpress would be valuable 
  • Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a fast-paced environment  
  • Experience in utilising marketing technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Dynamics 365 and analytic tools such as Power BI, Datarama, Google Analytics 
  • Understanding of website cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS and Cloudflare or similar 
  • Some travel will be required to support front line team at events, expos, open days etc.
