About the Role
With exciting growth at Ingenia Communities Group and significant investment in our Marketing strategy, we are looking for an engaging Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Brisbane team.
This newly created role will see you working with our Marketing and Partnerships Manager for Tourism as well as the broader marketing team to assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, driving awareness, enquiry and bookings for Ingenia Holiday Parks.
This opportunity is ideal for an individual interested in the tourism industry and trends in domestic tourism and would like to further understand the key drivers of our customers to and how to leverage this to drive positive commercial outcomes for Ingenia Holidays.
Please note: this position will be based at our Brisbane Support Office in Hamilton. We offer hybrid and flexible work arrangements
Key Accountabilities
- Provide marketing advice, assistance and service to all Ingenia Communities tourism and Food & Beverage teams
- Drive tourism revenue working across all areas of systems administration, website maintenance and content management
- Regularly update websites
- Assist in the production and effective distribution of marketing collateral
- Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the in-park digital promotion/information screens
- Provide support to frontline teams and customers with gift card enquiries
- Assist in the organisation of events such as conferences, exhibitions and in-park activations
- Assist with the onboarding and updating of accommodation products
- Support the delivery of campaigns to increase market penetration and brand awareness to achieve required commercial outcomes
- Manage the day-to-day marketing tasks such as signage, photography and design requests
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of merchandise, flags and key collateral
- Assist with day-to-day invoicing and supplier payment queries
- Manage marketing inboxes and channel to the appropriate team members for actioning
About You
- Prior marketing experience preferred
- Interest in tourism industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
- Confident in decision making and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well organised with a high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to persuade others, build consensus and work well within a team environment
- Ability to travel on occasion to support front line team at events, expos, open days etc.
