About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Marketing Manager to join our NSW residential communities’ team.

This opportunity will see you working with our NSW and National Marketing Team to drive day-to-day marketing operations and lead generation campaigns for active projects, while developing positioning, launch strategy and awareness building campaigns for greenfield projects. You will work closely with your development and sales colleagues to create an aligned approach to achieving targets.

Your role spans branding, budgeting, impactful campaigns, collateral, developing an optimal sales environment, media briefings, and knowledge sharing. You’ll have ample resources including in-house digital, creative PR, events, and partnerships, with the support of two major external agencies. Our corporate marketing is transforming with CRM, website insights, branding, and MarTech projects all underway.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office and two days working remotely/onsite with the mindset of being flexible in order to work to business priorities. This role also requires occasional local and regional travel for onsite events, site visits and meetings. 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the ongoing management and strategy of place brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing, media and collateral to retain brand integrity while retaining a strong connection with the Ingenia Lifestyle parent brand
  • Regularly analyse lead traffic, quality, behaviour and trends to inform marketing strategy and planning
  • Oversee the coordination of asset production such as renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases and general marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with sales and operational stakeholders to maintain a regular cadence of community events
  • Management of project marketing budgets ensuring marketing spend is effective, efficient and accurately reported
  • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, cross-functional colleagues, suppliers, external agencies and partner organisations

 

About You

  • Extensive Property marketing experience, preferably in retirement living
  • Strategic marketer with experience in new project launches, from visioning to onsite activation
  • Experience in briefing and managing creative and media agencies
  • Ability to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to provide qualitative input into the strategic marketing plans
  • Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Experience contributing to delivery of campaigns and events with ambition to manage end-to-end including objectives, ideation, planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, experienced at working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • You are a collaborative, curious and energetic team player, with an agile and open-minded approach during a period of function transformation
