About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Relief Manager / Front Office Administrator to join our team and provide operational support across our communities in the NSW Central Coast region and other regions from time to time. This is a mixed role, combining front office administration duties at our Bevington Shores Community with relief management responsibilities at other communities when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a long-term career as a Community Manager while gaining valuable experience in front office operations. You will receive ongoing support and development as our portfolio of communities continues to grow.
This is a 4-day per week role based at Bevington Shores, with the flexibility to increase to 5 days per week when relief managing at other locations in the region. Relief assignments may require you to travel and stay away from home. A travel allowance is provided where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Administration (Bevington Shores):
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Manage reception duties, handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with general administrative tasks, record keeping, and data entry
- Support Community Managers with documentation and reporting
- Coordinate resident communications and assist with community activities
Relief Community Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations of communities in the absence of the Community Manager
- Ensure the community is presented to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness and compliance in communal areas
- Provide leadership and support to staff, residents, and visitors
- Conduct and report on site audits
- Promote health, wellbeing, and satisfaction of residents
- Support occupancy growth in line with targets
- Engage with local contacts to promote the community and drive business outcomes
- Facilitate and support resident-initiated social events and activities
About You
- Current “C” class driver’s licence (essential – site dependent)
- Proven administration skills with attention to detail
- Strong financial and administrative controls knowledge
- Confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Ability to respond well in emergency situations
- Flexibility to travel and stay away from home if required
