About the Role
With exciting growth at Ingenia Communities Group and significant investment in our Marketing capability, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our NSW residential communities’ team. As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the effective implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across our NSW residential portfolios. Working closely with our State Marketing Manager and Project Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at achieving key commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day marketing operations for Ingenia's NSW Lifestyle communities, ensuring a high level of service and support to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and production of marketing collateral and assets, including brochures, flyers, digital materials, and signage.
- Support the creation and distribution of customer communications, including eDMs.
- Aid in invoicing and purchase order creation to ensure timely supplier payments.
- Assist in the implementation of national campaigns and promotions at the state and project levels.
- Manage printing and merchandise portals to maintain accurate inventories, facilitating easy access for frontline teams.
- Support monthly reporting and analysis activities, including lead generation and customer origin analysis.
About You
- You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline, coupled with 2-3 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and WordPress CMS is essential, with CRM experience preferred.
- Your strong organizational and planning skills contribute to effective project execution, while your time management abilities allow you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Occasional travel within the NSW portfolio is expected, reflecting your dedication to supporting our communities firsthand.
